We had used Meadows for years and I was completely disappointed in Pet Paradise. My dog had feces all on her bottom at pick up and that was after a supposed bath. Loud horns are used on a regular basis and can't be good for dogs ears. Front desk unorganized and we waited for 15-20 min to get our dog at pick up as she couldn't reach anyone on radio. I was so disappointed in the change since the ownership. The previous owners were so caring and customer service was outstanding and they truly took good care of your dog. Please avoid this place if you love your pet, and as a customer you are just a number. This organization could use customer service training!
