Had a tough a laptop failure, dead and would not boot. Daniel is old school deep Jedi knowledge, took my hard drive out, used some low level tools, rebuilt the directory, little by little, and refused to give up, even when I thought there was no hope. Brought back my Sony VIAO, and my acer. Yes I am an engineer and yes I was impressed at his technician skills. Without reservation I recommend him, he is old school and can do magic to save computers. I saw some of the reviews that complained about him not being there, I call and when he answers I head to his shop. He is worth the extra effort.
