We had Screen Mobile screens put up on our entire house about a year ago. Great experience! Would of given them 5 stars.
We recently had some remodeling done and needed them to come back out and get a new screen up and back door so we scheduled an appointment. We rushed home after work for an appointment at 4:30 but one hour before, we get a text message saying they need to cancel because they are "done for the day". They also offered to come back next day. I agreed. Next day comes around and still no call or text at around 3:30. I had to text them to see if they were on the way only to find out AGAIN that they aren't coming. No call was made to me or anything. We thought the way they handled the situation was very unprofessional. We will find someone else to do our screens.
