To update my last post so I decided to call corporate to inform them of the conditions of their hotel and to also make a complaint on their manager Alyssa. They told me that they will always take the side of their employees which means the people who are paying their bills which are the guess are subject to the disrespect of their employees they put their employees above their guess so if you are anyone with self-respect this is definitely not a roach motel for you not to mention my wife has bedbugs bite.so enjoy your stay LOL
