I thought the customer service was excellent. I had done extensive research on radioiodine therapy for my cat, Special K. I was considering another vendor when I looked in to the VCA Hospital. They were more knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. I believe my cats caretaker was Melanie sorry if I forgot your name. She went above and beyond for me and my family who lived an hour away from the facility and we had to be away from our cat for a week. I was extremely happy with the way the procedure went and the results. I just got his first T4 (thyroid) level results back today since his radioiodine therapy a month ago and his level was 0.8 WHOO HOO! For those who have a hyperthyroid cat I would highly recommend this place for radioiodine therapy. They were phenomenal! Special K and my family say Thank you to the staff and VCA Mesa Animal Hospital.
