Usually I have no issues with their services. I had a box of expensive cupcakes and when I returned to the car (because we pay a monthly subscription for interior and exterior) the box was SMASHED. There was no apologies-nothing. I spoke to the owner/manager who was completely unsympathetic and rude, "soooo how much do you want for it?" I could care less about some dumb cupcakes just wanted an honest apology and for the incident to be acknowledged. Busy day or not, rude customer service is never acceptable. Plus the back seat was not wiped down.
