We had new windows and doors installed by James a few years ago- he was great to work with and we were very happy with everything. We recently had a problem with one of them leaking (through no fault of his) and even though he hadn't heard a word from us in years, he jumped right in to take care of it. I can't remember the last time I had someone who was so responsive to a customer need. Would highly recommend him.
