Worst experience with this location from the OWNER Lawrence today. Last week got a car wash that went well, but today this guy dies a crappy job scrubbing the roof, which is all glass. Watched him miss a huge portion, but could not roll down the window to say anything as I was entering the wash. Phoned the store while being washed to advise them and got nothing but attitude from the woman who answered the phone and then was nearly accosted by the owner who came out to my car to argue and then told me to never come back. I hope others take heed to this request and do not patron this location either.
