Though I've been to the W Wash location quite a few times, today was my first visit to the Barriques in Middleton! It's conveniently placed on my route to work so I'll be sure to be stopping in much more frequently :) Decided to go with the Veggie Quiche today. Although the scones looked absolutely delicious, I wanted something warm (and with some protein). Service was friendly and fast -- I asked for the quiche to go, so they warmed it up and served it to me in a plastic container to take along with me. I heated it a little more after getting to work, seasoned with some s&p, and it is quite delicious I must say! We'll see how full it keeps me for the day, but I would definitely get this again. On my next visits coming up I know the scones will be my weakness -- I'm excited to try the Maple Pecan and Mixed Berry! I've already had the Chocolate Chip Espresso and Cranberry Almond, and while both are great I'd recommend the Chocolate Chip Espresso first. That espresso glaze is ~magical~. Overall, I know I can always rely on Barriques for something delicious (food or drink), no matter which location!
