So. We've only been here one month, the painters are finishing up their (masterful!) job on the exterior, and the garage door that we "knew" needed a repair gives up the ghost. Oh, and family is arriving soon for the holiday.
Raul of Monsoon Doors might as well wear a cape and travel by lightning bolt. He responded to my quote request in under 90 minutes, was here another 45 minutes after that, and located the replacement panels needed in another 10 minutes.
He returned that afternoon to replace the two damaged panels. He also installed an opener on the single bay door of our garage. And he coordinated work with the painting crew so they weren't in one another's way.
