I was recommended by someone to try out this place. Filling up the paper work was way too many which I didn't mind but then they collected copay up front without me seeing the doctor yet which is odd. The copay amount was way too much but I paid and I wish I didn't. The wait time was too long Long story short, this place is a scam and I wish I never went there for opinion. I would recommend Arizona pain specialist or the pain center of Arizona.
