They use pressure tactics to coerce you into getting unnecessary eye tests. They assess a fee for everything, even a follow up visit to check to see if your contact lens fit correctly or not (no fees if you return within 30 days of your actual eye test, but when you have to wait 7-10 business days for your trial lenses, getting there to pick them up and then another week to try them out, not many days remaining in those 30 days). I've never experienced such extreme aggravation with any other optometrist office and after discussing with numerous colleagues, they were all in agreement that I should be very dissatisfied with this group.
I would avoid them at all costs.
