We recently had our daughter's antibiotic filled here after visiting the urgent care next door. We will not be back. The employees were rude, and were spending more time complaining about having to work than paying attention to what they were doing. Proof of this came when six days into her 10 day antibiotic we noticed we were running out too fast. Upon closer look at the bottle, they didn't give us enough of her medicine. Her script called for 10ml 2 times a day for 10 days (200ml total), but the bottle is a 160ml bottle.
You can have poor customer service and be rude all you want, but customers should have not to worry about their script being incorrect. As a pharmacy, mistakes can be dangerous. Luckily it was just a shortage on dose, but no way I would trust this place again.
