I decided to walk for a couple blocks as I had not had food from this truck before. I decided on the 'Paunchy Pig' $11 for a couple 'Indian tacos' seemed steep but I'm a 'try everything once unless it's completely disgusting like a cow turd' type of guy. They were okay but definitely needed more moisture to keep them from being so dry. Unfortunately, half way through the second 'Naaco' as I was taking a bite, a friend jumped out of the other end and say hi. I know it wasn't on my watch as I sealed the container before walking away and was eating indoors in a clean area. It's always nice to know that I may have eaten a bug involuntarily. I could have eaten his friend that played insect poker with him every Friday night since they were larvae. What a monster that would make me. When you're an outdoor business serving food, it should be kept completely covered between servings to avoid things like this happening. That simple practice not being adhered to makes me wonder what else could be found in the way of sanitation. Thanks, but no thanks.
