Extremely disappointed with this massage envy. I scheduled a couples massage for my husband and I on our one year anniversary and when we arrived, I filled out the form that said I was pregnant. They said that neither of our massage therapists were prenatal certified and that I wouldn't be able to get a massage but they could still take my husband back. Extremely irritated because at every other massage place I have EVER been to, I have always been asked when booking if there are any underlying medical conditions that they should be aware of such as pregnancy etc. I find it extremely unprofessional that this place didn't ask that then, nor when I confirmed my appointment the day before. In order to not further piss off any other pregnant ladies, I highly suggest you start informing people when they book that they will need to be with a prenatal specialist.
