She quickly called back and confirmed that a technician would be there within the hour. Indeed, 45 min. later the technician (Brian) was here. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. The total bill was a few hundred dollars and we got the air conditioner up and running the same morning. Everyone I talked to was polite and professional, and they delivered exactly what they promised. I will definitely call them again when the need arises.
