She was always reachable via e-mail and helped and reassured me throughout the whole planning process. She provided me with detailed notes and plans so that I would know exactly what would happen on my wedding day. I feel like I gained a friend through this process!
Jose Canas was our catering contact and was also exceptional. He was very easy to communicate with and offered great suggestions.
Our guests had nothing but good things to say about the customer service, food, and accommodations this weekend. I felt like royalty the whole weekend and could not be happier.
