We were tenants in rental home for 2 years and can honestly say that we received fair and prompt service during our time there.
Lili and Stephen are honest, hardworking and prompt when it comes to addressing any issues regarding the home. I loved that everything was always in writing, whether it was a request from us or to us. It made everything clear and outlined to avoid less confusion. Some may feel that because Lili is straight forward and 'by the book', that she comes across as hard or strict, but I personally prefer that if it means you can rely on them to always respond promptly and not leave you playing a guessing game. We had several issues that arose unexpectedly with the home, but each time they worked their hardest to resolve all incidents and I couldn't have asked for more. I felt like she fairly represented not only the landlord, but myself as the tenant.
Thank you to the Starks for a great 2 years! We have now moved on to a new home of our own.
