I'm glad I waited to review until I'd been there a couple of times. Long story short, they do not handle heavy volume well - not well at all. I'd seen that in other reviews, and it is fact. Missing silverware, missing (requested) condiments, ignored or unseen table flag, an HOUR between placing the entree order, and the time it was dropped without a word, hastily, and lukewarm on our table. Not a word of excuse or apology - just a "So is there anything else we can get you folks?" precisely at the most critical and dramatic moment of the film. The first visit was on a dead-as-disco Tuesday night, and I have no complaints -- but this one, oy. If the food arrives like it should, it's good. Just 'member what I said: serious growing pains right now.
