Just got my clothes back... Sent five BRAND NEW dress shirts in to be cleaned and pressed, and not only did they come back with wrinkles pressed in, but THEY WROTE IN SHARPIE INSIDE MY COLLARS! I haven't even had the chance to wear these shirts yet, and already they been marked up! I've never heard of this happening, nor have I ever had it happen at ANY other dry cleaners. If you value your clothing, do not use them.
UPDATE: They are currently under new ownership. The new owner reached out to me personally and offered to try to right the problem. He stated that they've done away with the policy of inking people's clothing, so I wish him the best of luck and hope folks have better experiences than I did going forward.
