I will say that the staff overall has been friendly. BUT... First day, the woman at check in Teresa said she would have bedding for the pull out couch brought up which included a feather topper, extra towels, and kitchen items. 3x talking to the front desk before they actually brought it up! When the housekeeper did bring up the items, she said the feather topper wasn't on the list and I had to call down she would not just bring one. We called down, the SAME housekeeper then brought us an extra blanket instead of a feather topper. Seriously? 5 attempts later we had the feather topper and our other items. Day 2. The concierge booked our cabana 2 days before the date requested. We went to check into our cabana and they couldn't find out reservation. Apparently after waiting for 15-20 minutes we discover the concierge don't book them on the same system. Really?? 2nd day we had the cabana there were no issues. Day 4. The housekeepers confirmed on Thursday we wanted service on Friday. We said yes. We left our dog locked up all day so they could service our room. They skipped our room. I filed a complaint with the manager. She agreed to have fresh towels brought up. We declined service as our dog had been locked up all day and they did offer a $100 credit to our room. When the housekeeper brought the towels. The manager proceeded to argue with my husband stating the dog was not locked up. We locked him up!! He was locked up from 10am til we got back til 230pm. Just because a dog barks at someone knocking on the door does not mean he isn't locked up. We had the do not disturb sign on anytime we were in the room or out of the room if we didn't want to be disturbed with having the dog with us, but it was not on so we could have service. We usually tip EVERYONE, but we are definitely not tipping housekeeping this stay. There aren't many hotels that accept dogs in Las Vegas on the strip, but there are definitely others and I would not stay here again. THEN... the manager ASHLEY attempting to act nice and credit my room for the dog as it wasn't on my cost of the room supposedly (although my itinerary STATES studio DOG SUITE and I was told at booking the dog was included) said she would credit my room although I already paid for it basically . She even stated on the phone if it was booked as a dog suite it was already included but then basically she charged me DOUBLE for my dog then gave me a credit for the DOUBLE charge. Completely lame and SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE if you charge a customer twice then act like you are doing them a favor by crediting them for the DOUBLE charge!! They were trying to say I owed more after complaining!? STAY AWAY.
