This company is completely underhanded. They printed a flier to mislead you into getting you in the door and then will not honor it. I even live-chatted with a salesman in advance and he assured me, in writing, they would meet the terms of the flier. When it came down to the actual 'purchase action' they reneged on the terms of the flier they sent out. It is disappointing that they have the intent to lure you ... even confirm the terms by live chat ... and still do not honor their own written terms and assurances. I would never go there again. I know two other Acura owners who drive from Scottsdale all the way to Peoria so they don't have to deal with Penske's inappropriate tactics. Their strategies are shady and repulsive. Can't we just have a truthful experience that doesn't waste our time? This type of treatment feels really bad ... drive on by Acura North Scottsdale. This is the third time we have encountered blatant dishonesty with Penske dealerships. Lies are always lies. They never lead to a good experience.
