So I read all the reviews, the recent ones aren't great and I understand the frustration, but no one is perfect and Jim really does want to do a good job. I had a my car towed to my mechanic on February 3rd (it's May 18th) and he diagnosed a bad trans & took my car to All-Pro. They re-built the trans, no good. They re-built again, no good. So finally, after 4.5 months of back and forth Jim ordered a trans from a factory that re-builds and guess what, it's great!! FINALLY. Sure, I had my frustrations along the way because it shouldn't have taken 4.5 months to get this right, but no one is perfect and in the end All-Pro came through. That's what matters. In the end they came through.
