I am surprised at the negative reviews this company has. The bad reviews look like they have 1 thing in common which is a home warranty. Having said that, Debra was fantastic, she answer all my questions about the service time, date and fee. Who would be coming and when. Never was she rude. The tech was on time, wore booties on my clean carpet, repaired my nest thermostat by fixing the wiring to it, I didn't understand it, but he explained it and fixed it, lol. Then checked my entire unit for problems. Found a bad part, in the outdoor unit, replaced it, cleaned the outdoor coil and my unit is working better than it did when I moved in. I would highly recommend 4 A/C for any repairs on my a.c., and I found out he does appliances too! He and Debra have my business for life. Honest, dependable and fair.
