Totally unprofessional!! Checked in at front desk. They couldn't find my appointment on the computer in this or previous visit last month. Finally found it and put me in an exam room. Assistant came in and brought supplies. I told her I wanted to clarify what they were doing today. She said "making impressions for your dentures". I told her that was done last month. She left me sitting in the chair for 20 minutes and left the room. Came back laughing saying she found my new dentures someplace but said she had to look real hard to find them. Then left me sitting there for another 30 minutes to find a dentist who would do the extractions for me. Dentist finally showed up and did his extracting, inserted gauze and the dentures and left. Assistant gave me a sheet of instructions, got a mirror, opened my Novocain imp eared mouth to show me the new dentures. My mouth and new teeth were filled with blood. She gave me a few (3) paper towels and told me I could clean my mouth after I left the office. I went out to my car, opened my mouth, saw lots of blood and chunks of coagulated blood. I ran back in, went into the bathroom and grabbed about 50 paper towels. I cleaned out and chunks in my mouth and all the remaining blood. Then I rinsed my mouth out. DISGUSTING AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL. Is this the dentist you want? They should be shut down after today.
