No love for this store. I am sitting here in DESPERATE need of blinds but I cannot make myself complete the order. This store is beyond un helpful in person and online.
They stock just enough to make you think you can just go in for something but 99% of the time you have to go online.
Went in for blinds, they didn't have much in stock and told me I would have all the options available online so I go online and they are out of stock!
This comes after I ordered and returned 4 sets of 2 door knobs because they didn't have the right parts. Had to call the manufacturer and even THAT was a bust. 8 weeks to get it right. You better have lots of free time when you order because who knows what you will get.
I think most of the in store employees look like they are avoiding helping people. They are often not helpful OR friendly.
The website is really poorly organized and gives FALSE information on products and then you don't know till you receive it.
I want my time, energy and money back this store has cost me. NOTHING here is every easy
