I came into this office as a walk-in, experiencing extreme pain. I had had an extraction a few days earlier, and ever since that had been in fear of how bad the pain would, and did, get. The attentive staff at the front desk understood my predicament. In short time, I was fortunate enough to meet with Dr. Christine Navales. She listened, communicated, and assured me she would take care to relieve not only the pain, but examine the underlying cause. After agony for several days, and little attention by others I'd visited, finally, a professional who was going to diagnose and properly treat my pain and condition. Dr. Navales took great care to consider possibilities and options, and kindly discussed these with me. She was not going to do a just a quick fix. She treated the extraction issue, and also removed sharp bone spurs, which others had chosen to ignore. Her knowledge and attentiveness was very, very appreciated. I was so relieved. Too many times I've left other dental offices feeling unsure and dismissed. This was not at all the case with Dr. Navales. I will be returning for future dental care with great confidence! My thanks is deeply felt.
