The first time I went here the lady cut my nails so short you could see pink meat exposed and they hurt. She felt bad so she comped the trim. She was nice so I figured I would come back and give her a try again. I signed up at the counter today and let the lady know what I was looking for and she told me just a minute. After waiting for 20 minutes she came back up to me and said I'm sorry but I don't think we're going to be able to see you today because of too many appointments. I said why wouldn't you tell me that in the beginning? She asked me if I wanted to come back and I said no way! On top of this 10 minutes after I walked in two ladies signed up with no appointments to get their nails done and she didn't say anything to them. I guess because I'm not a woman I'm not as high of a priority here. Terrible customer service and the trim that I got the first time sucked too so I wouldn't go here if I were you
**Update since I can't respond to the comment by worker/owner. No I'm sorry but that's not true. The ladies that came in after me without an appointment were taken care of. She only walked up to me and told me that she wouldn't be able to see me today. That came after her telling me that it wouldn't be too long which resulted in a 20min wait. I was the only one told that I couldn't be seen and I know this for a fact because I sat out in front of the establishment writing this yelp review right afterwords and nobody else walked out. It sounds nice to write but it's just not true.
