I recently got new brakes (pads and rotors), among other things (tires, 60k mile maintenance, etc) from Earnhardt Cadillac of Chandler. Everyone was very helpful at first. But the brake job was not done properly and my brakes squeaked every time I stopped. I called back the first time and they took them apart, lubricated them, and put them back together but they still squeaked. So they took my car back again. Mind you I don't live close to that location. They told me it was the front brakes; so they turned the (new) rotors and put on another set of brand new pads. That still didn't fix the problem. So once again I had to have my car go back. They were supposed to do the back brakes but I think something got mixed up because my service advisor told me they re-did the front brakes again. Well, guess what, they still squeak every time I stop. I've had to have my car in there 4-5 times since the initial repair and it's still not fixed! I'm not sure what to do at this point as I have called the GM twice (left messages as he is never available... and never calls back) and messaged the service manager twice as well - with no response. I just want my brakes to work properly and not make any noise.
