Not sure why so few stars from others. This is our 6th trip in 5 yrs snd we have always been pleased and never disappointed. The location is perfect . The shuttle will take you to The Strip district, Market Square etc. We rarely need our car. Perfect for anyone with a student at Duquesne . The shuttle will drop you and pick you up for all events so you don't have to worry about parking. The staff is courteous and very helpful. For us this has been a five star every visit .
