The worst experience one could have!! My father in law is wheelchair bound, he needed a new mobility van, so we went to performance mobility in Mesa on broadway. The salesman Pete showed him a van that had a cracked windshield, tires at about 30 percent tread, it was a trade and we were unable to drive it. The next day Pete called with some numbers and asked my in laws for a $5000 deposit, they gave a no obligation credit card deposit and Pete said the things in question would be taken care of. I being in the car business did some research and found there price to be absorbinate I guess they were going to take
advantage of yet another senior handicapped person. They asked for their deposit back. After 2 weeks they were given $4850 back and told the other $150 was restocking charge. I have made several calls to no avail asking for the other $150. Mind you they never signed anything! I hope all see and read this before doing business with performance mobility.
