So I'm a new patient. The first time I told the lady in the front I wanted a silver filling not white, ok she said that's fine. Then I find out AFTER I got my filling that they tried to charge me for a white filling when I asked for a free silver. I was angry but thankfully they didn't charge me because it was the lady in the fronts fault... so I make my appointment for my deep cleaning January 17 at 11 am. The lady in the front even gave me a card with the date and time to remind me. So I show up today and that same lady in the front tells me I don't have an appointment. I'm FURIOUS at this point. I do not recommend coming to this location because of the lady in front obviously isn't doing her job right, so they won't be getting my money if they can't even do that right.. she has green or blue eyes, Caucasian with reddish long hair...
