By far the best cab experience I have had in Phoenix. I travel often and have been disappointed by other cab companies who do not show up as scheduled and/or dislike payment via credit card. Tru Cab called ahead of time, as promised, for pick up to the airport and texted me as soon as I got off the plane with their location for pre-scheduled pick up from the airport. Both cab drivers I had were extremely friendly and funny, they made the experience enjoyable.
