It is really sad to see how rude people can be about this complex. I have been here a few months now and the only complaint I would have it the birds. But guess what they are doing a MAJOR renovation to put in new roofs on every building. Also I asked if maintenance could remove the bird poop near the stairs and they did it within 24 hours. They are not required to do that since it is outside my apartment but they did because they value their job and their tenants.
The office staff is very nice but also very busy. They do try their best to accommodate everyone that walks into the office. Normally they always answer a concern or question immediately. When they get really busy I don't blame them for taking a bit more time with someone else....wait your turn and grow up. They are here to help the tenants, but be a grown up and wait your turn.
The maintenance will fix anything you want within 24 hours unless it is the weekend. They do a great job so let them have the weekend to relax. Would you want to work 24/7? I know I wouldn't so give them a break on the weekends.
Right now they are not only renovating the roofing but adding a dog park and redoing the entire pool. Oh did I mention they are adding a double sided fireplace?
This isn't a party complex but the neighbors are nice about if you have a few friends over, just give them a heads up about if it gets to loud. Otherwise everyone really keeps to themselves.
The management here are professional. So if your only yelp complaint is that you had to wait 20 min for a package then get over yourself....how long do you wait for your starbucks coffee when they are busy? I give this management a round of applause for having to deal with such ridiculous tenants. I would have pulled my hair out by now.....
