Thought of taking a picture a little late so I've already dug in but wanted to get this pic posted as I didn't see any other pics of the Beef Wellington.
It was delicious, appears a bit rare in the photo tho it's med rare, and was very filling. I've been the Lawry's many many times but never tried this before. A nice change if your not feeling the prime rib...
