Horrible. We were told in person numerous times that the original money put down to secure a lot was fully refundable if we backed out.
We did end up backing out on building with Beazer because as we went through the process they kept asking for more money for various things, which would have been fine if we would have been forewarned about the added expenses. We ended up with a bad feeling about the whole thing. Ground was never even broken on this house and now they have refused to refund our money. This company is not to be trusted. If you do decide to build with them make sure you get everything they say in writing!
