I suggest staying far far away from Visconti/The Glen @ Old Town. The management team is nonexistent and a nightmare to work with. The manager is never there, the employees have one line "I was not here when that happened I cannot help you" and the property is disgusting. Maintenance lies on their work sheets saying that problems are fixed when clearly, they are not. Charges get tacked on to your bill for them being "audited" and making their residents pay for their own management mistakes. I actually don't even think they have a manager. I highly suggest not even calling this apartment building, do not let the location fool you, you will want to move out of this place faster than you move it. Not to mention the TONS of bird shit on every surface, window covering, back porch areas, it is absolutely disgusting and probably a health violation. Oh and also the employee I rented this hell hole of an apartment from actually stated there was asepsis in the popcorn ceilings "but one lady has lived here for 30 years and she's just fine". Take this warning and do not give this place your business.
