I've always had a decent experience with this location. I find their garden section abundant and slightly better quality and price than their competitors. However, their floor staff roaming around don't seem particularly busy with customers, yet can't go out of their way to take you all the way to where an item is located. In this case, 5 gallon heavy duty buckets (often located outdoors as well as in). I walked half the store to find staff. He pointed to the general area the buckets would be located...near the "low prices". Ok...that is near the paint which is where every other type of bucket was. So I asked another guy and he did take me there, only to find the buckets shoved under the shelf on the floor. Instead of getting down and doing what I'd expect an associate to do, I said I guess I'd just climb under the shelf myself. And he turned and left haha. I supposed I could have asked him to do it, but I wouldn't want to make him do his job or anything. Go for the garden, but don't expect stellar floor service.
