Last year my wife and I spent a weekend at a Collingwood resort very close to Georgian Bay, a lake which carries an abundance of Lake Trout and Pickerel, which I have fished for in the past. That evening thinking the fish was local I decided to order the Pickerel and upon asking my server, she quietly admitted the fish is not local, it's brought in frozen from abroad. FAIL!
Last week I went to Hooked for the first time an I was very impressed with the friendly staff and service, they are very knowledgeable on how and where the fish are caught.
I ended up buying Speckled Trout from the Collingwood area.
