This is for the Las Vegas office - Wish I could give a minus 1000 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Just awful - they do not return calls nor emails. We gave almost a 6 wks move-out notice and asked to be contacted to discuss requirements. No-one ever did. I had to call several times to schedule the final walk thru. The only thing we got was the final bill for the utilities. I am sure those are rigged because I asked to the see separate statements for each utility company and they would not provide them. I paid a company to do a final move out cleaning. Used them many times before and they are awesome! House was spotless! Cleaner than when we first moved in. They kept $500 from our deposit because of carpet cleaning charges ($200) and some other bogus charges. I have submitted the invoice from the cleaning company which lists in details everything that was done. It covers everything they are keeping the money for and then some! It's been over 7 days and 2 follow-up emails from me, and I have not yet heard back from anyone regarding the refund. They are so SHADY! The guy I was supposed to do the final walk -thru with and turn in my keys, asked me to sign the move-out checklist and then told me he would fill out the info later. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? That is illegal not to mention fraudulent! I will be consulting with an attorney if I don't hear back from them within the next couple of days. It's going to cost them more than the $500 they are trying to steal from me. Not surprised though since the CEO & COO of this company were instrumental players in the housing marked collapse.
