My friends abroad arranged to have flowers delivered on Friday for my birthday. There was a computer mix up (hey, it happens)! And I never got the flowers. When I spoke to the owner on Monday to ask what happened, she was amazing and not only refunded my friends their money, but sent me the most beautiful bouquet of roses and floral arrangement today! Mix ups happen in life - but the awesome customer service my friends and I received was a great birthday present after all!
