I am new to the ATV world and was having an oil leak issue. I stopped into Ridenow powersports willing to spend hundreds of dollars on the part to remedy my problem. A very nice parts professional named Matt asked me several key questions about the problem I was having and researched the part schematic and informed me that before spending the $250 on a new part that I should try a $10 fix first. I did and it worked. I was blown away that in todays society somebody would actually listen and try and decipher what the best fix would be on somebodys pocketbook. The funny thing is is that Ridenow didnt sell the part that Matt recommended so I had to go to my local auto parts store. Thanks to Matts great service l will be doing all future business with Ridenow Powersports.
