These guys are so chill, and this place is really cute.
I ordered a medium rare beef pho ($9)-- surprisingly big for a medium bowl!
I liked the food a lot. The broth was very light, but you can taste the complexity of it and all of the spices that have been simmering in it for hours. The veggies were pretty fresh, and the noodles had a nice texture and consistency.
It was interesting that they garnished with jullienned strips of ginger. Don't think I have seen that in Pho before!
I wanted to get the Bun Rieu Cua, but I went on a weekday. Have to come back on a weekend for that!
