Mall probably still exists because of walmart and no frills as most of the people walk right through the mall and into either no frills or walmart. [walmart and NOFRILLS are at opposite ends of the mall]
Unlike other decent malls, this mall is not a place for hanging out or doing window shopping. You get in, buyvwhat youvwant and then leave.
