Review on Toddy (Cold Brew) and Columbian pour over. The cold brew aka toddy was a mix of different beans that produced a slightly bitter after taste. I, personally, after trying different great cold brews around the US and the world, did not like their cold brew, but thats just me. I believe that when you have a comparison that you have better judgment and this cold brew when compared to other great cold brews was not very good. A great cold brew does not require sugar or milk added. You can taste different notes that produce a smooth bitterless taste. The columbian pour over was decent when compared to a place like, lets say, Starbucks. I'm not trying to be harsh, although the pour over was bland. This might be because the water to grind ratio might have been diluted. Other than that, their morning muffin was really good and the atmosphere is nice.
