Really surprised and disappointed. Maybe they have more business than they can handle. I gave Jesse and Ryan 3 opportunities to get back to me for equipment I wanted to purchase and have installed on my brand new 2015 Jeep. Security system, remote start and backup camera, rear view mirror and amp. Each time I was promised a call same day or next day. Good news there are plenty of other places that want the business. Bad news for them is they are close by my office and have reason to be in their strip center for lunches.
If they make it this hard to buy new equipment can you imagine the difficulty if there was a problem?
