Lab Sense was a cool spot for some ice cream. What's cool about them is the fact that they use liquid nitrogen to craft the ice cream. While not the first place to have liquid nitrogen ice cream, they definitely have a nice aesthetic to their parlour. Lots of instagram opportunities all over the place...from the flower wall, to the neon sign, to the ball pit. They don't have too much seating, but if you do get a chance to sit on the swinging chairs, take it. I ordered the strawberry rose, and it was really good! So fresh and flavourful and made with real strawberries. The ice cream comes freezing cold with clouds of ice emerging from the dessert - it's wonderful. What I really like about this dessert is how light it is. It doesn't feel heavy at all...so delicious and makes you want to eat more and more! I'll definitely be back to Lab Sense when I'm in the area!
