Called Toyota Care to get me a tow an I get a notification that this company will be out to me. Well 35 min later they tell me oh couldn't find u. U will have to call in again. I called Popalock an the girl said he called u twice which was not true or my phone would of registered the call so it was a down an out lie an if you can't get thru u could of texted me really pissed me off. Never use them especially if u r stranded.
