I rushed over after work to speak to someone in regards the rates. I was told that it would be a few minutes since gentleman was all ready in the middle of signing up a new client. The reception was kind enough to show me around while I was waiting. After the tour client had left and customer service rep sat at his chair for a good hour. I got up and ask reception and she said that he knew I was there and would grab me he was ready. In the meantime his feet were up on the desk and have a full on conversation with what sounded like his girlfriend. I was so disgusted I walked out and left. Reception was very apologetic. Really disappointed.
