Wrongfully accused my boyfriend as he was walking IN to the store of stealing earlier in the day. Took him to the back and said they were going to call the cops. After 20 minutes and looking at the camera they realized it wasn't him to only just say "sorry" . It wasted everyones time and was embarrassing to be accused of this! We visit this walmart at least once a week and never have had such a horrible experience! You guys need to fix your customer service because this has left a bad taste in my mouth! Manager on duty Trina, said sorry and gave him his items for free after he shopped but they still need a better way to go about handling a supposed "shoplifters"
